Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, at a young age Arin always had a passion for learning and reading books. She is a graduate of Walnut Hills High School and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where she earned her BA in Communication and MA in Higher Education Administration. Arin is a new mom to a beautiful and happy baby boy. If she is not reading to her son, you can probably find her binge-watching her latest favorite tv show or working to help a student navigate college.
In the summer of 2020, during a pandemic and racial tension in America, Arin turned her passion into a purpose when she decided to play a role in social change by starting a book drive that focused on getting Black literature, with a focus on positive representation, into the hands of young students. The first book drive went on to be extremely successful, collecting over 300 books. Now she looks to build on the success of the first book drive while expanding its' reach and influence.
